Before use, shake the bottle well so that all elements are well mixed. Once ready, fill the pipette and point it under the tongue. It can be added to drinks or food, but the effect may take a little longer. Use 20-25 mg. one to three times a day (recommended dose). It is important to monitor how you feel after administration in order to adjust the dose accordingly.
